I called the office to inquire about a free estimate and see how things work.  The receptionist was very friendly and personable.  I was scheduled right away with sales tech Richard Alexander.  I found Richard to be very professional.  I was very happy with his work and the prices he gave me to have a Triple Sump Pump installed.  The crew showed up on time and were great with cleaning up any mess.  I would refer Bill Simone's Healthy Basement Systems to anyone who is looking to have waterproofing work done in their home.

When I called the office, I was made an appt. quickly.  Michael Alexander came to my house and had a great 1st impression.  He knew what he was talking about and explained everything in full detail. Steven Navas and his crew arrived on time and were very respectable.  They worked quick and did not diddle-dattle.  They cleaned up any mess that was made. I would refer Healthy Basement Systems to anyone interested in having any work done.   

I was able to set an appt quickly.  The sales rep Richard A was a great guy, knowledgeable, very trusty worthy and easy to work with.  I scheduled my job within a week of my free estimate.  The crew arrived on time and were very professional.  I got a whole waterguard system and would recommend that to anyone having water issues.

Mr. Alexander was terrific, he explained everything to me plus demonstrated how your products would create a warmer, dry basement.  I explained to my daughter  She just acquired this house and  is in the process of some major renovations. We will seriously consider engaging your services only at a later date.
