Presented feasible and sensible options to mitigate costs. The difference in my crawlspace is as promised--"like night and day." When I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with scheduling a appt. around my hectic schedule.  When the sales rep Michael Alexander got to my house I liked the fact that he was not pushy and explained the work in detail.  I felt very comfortable and trusting with him.  The service tech Michael Quinn came to the house on time to install the SandiDry system and he was extremely nice and very thorough with his work.  I had used other dehumidifiers in the past and none worked as well as this one does. I would recommend Healthy Basement Systems to everyone!
