The WaterGuard system was installed by Basement Systems over 20 years ago. I experienced a recent water issue in the basement and was unsure if it was related to the WaterGuard system.  Gabriel Ryan, a sales associate, came to my house and prepared a detailed Quote to address the potential issue.  Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in preparing a solution to my problem.  Although the issue seems to have been resolved through measures taken outside the house, I would definitely utilize Gabriel and Healthy Basement for any future water-proofing needs.

It was always a pleasure to speak to anyone in the office. The sales representative is probably the best sales rep I have ever met. Informative, thorough, excellent follow through, and helpful. Presented feasible and sensible options to mitigate costs. The difference in my crawlspace is as promised--"like night and day." I look forward to occasional trips into the space without a hazmat suit. Most importantly, I am very hopeful that the better insulation in the now sealed crawlspace will mean no fear of frozen pipes.

When I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with scheduling a appt. around my hectic schedule.  When the sales rep Michael Alexander got to my house I liked the fact that he was not pushy and explained the work in detail.  I felt very comfortable and trusting with him.  The service tech Michael Quinn came to the house on time to install the SandiDry system and he was extremely nice and very thorough with his work.  I had used other dehumidifiers in the past and none worked as well as this one does. I had water in my basement in Nassau County. Healthy Basements cams on schedule and reviewed the problem. They presented different options with clear pricing. When th work was to be done they came on schedule. It took the amount of time they had estimated and the price did not change. This was more than 10 years ago and we have not had nay problems. They come in periodically to service the system and all is working fine. I would recommend them for your problem..
