The customer called us in to assess their crawlspace. Gabriel Ryan, one of our best system design specialists, did a through inspection of the area. The water in the basement was evident, and he devised a system that would keep the crawlspace dry and a plan to eliminate the mold.  Travis Powell and his expert installation team used CleanStart Plus to kill all the mold. Next, they installed the SmartSump Pump System to permanently waterproof the crawlspace and attached the IceGuard and LawnScape for the discharge. Lastly, they fully encapsulated the crawlspace with our CleanSpace System, which will isolate the home from the earth and reduce the humidity level in the air. To ensure the mold never comes back, they also installed the SaniDry Sedona air system. The installation was extremely effective. Not only was the mold gone, the crawlspace did not leak anymore, and the air was clean, dry, and healthy.
