Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Damp Crawlspace in Sayville Fixed with CleanSpace

Challenge

This old crawlspace was improperly insulated and was losing energy. The homeowner wanted to make it a healthy space for the family to use as storage and save energy.

Solution

Healthy Basement Systems completely removed all old and moldy insulation and cleaned and raked the entire crawlspace. We then sprayed a mold kill that would kill mold on contact called our CleanStart Program. To insulate the crawlspace we used our SilverGlo Insulation product on the walls then we used the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over our Drainage Matting to prevent moisture.
