Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner was looking to sell their home but needed to make some improvements first. We remediated mold and improved the support in their crawl space.

Before and after we installed our SmartJack system to give the floors the proper support they need. 

This customer had a very unhealthy crawlspace complete with standing water. We helped the homeowner dry the space by fully encapsulating it and installing a sump pump to keep water out in the future.

This homeowner wanted to replace a failed attempt at waterproofing and insulating his crawlspace.  First, we removed the old materials and shored up the joists with our SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizers, then we used our patented CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System to make this crawlspace clean and dry, and the floor above it warmer.
