The office staff was courteous and made an appt. rather quickly.  Richard Alexander came to my house and I was very impressed.  The presentation was great and the video answered all the questions.  I believed in the science behind the product.  I was able to schedule the work to be done within 1 week.  Deon and his crew arrived on time and had the job finished within 1 day.  They were very professional and cleaned up leaving no mess behind.      

The team was amazing, clean and knowledgeable. They showed up at 9am and were done by 12pm!

I can't believe the difference with adding the CleanSpace product to my crawlspace! The kitchen is right above the space and the floor was always so cold in the winter. Now, it's nice and comfortable.

Hey Steve this is katie! Just wanted to thank you guys again for a great job on our crawl space! Our street was flooded this morning up to our door but the crawlspace bone dry and no smell!

After Hurrican Sandy left us with a flooded crawlspace and 1 foot of water on the first floor of our house, we called Healthy Basement Systems. They came and did their magic. Before hiring Healthy Basement Systems, our crawlspace would always have standing water after a rainstorm. The house would get all musty and humid. There was always condensation on the windows. I suffered with allergies. Since having our crawlspace serviced, the house is perfect! No more water and no more allergies. Another plus is that the crawlspace is now usable storage space. One of the best things we have done to our home!

The guys just left, and can I just say another amazing job well done by HB crew?! Carlos, Luis and Jose were all super nice, very professional and took great care with our home.   Carlos went above and beyond by sweeping the basement floor and in doing so, discovered a crack in a pipe downstairs. So while the news isn’t great, I am so grateful that he found it before it became a disaster.     Thanks again for everything, please feel free to use me as a reference anytime

Who else would I call? I always see this company on jobs. I called them and the office staff was freindly, the salesman gave a very good presentation and the crew was good as well. The air is much better in my house, no bugs or odors. My crawl space is so clean and neat. I am very satisified.

I liked how personable the office was from the beginning.  I like how it was a free estimate and the sales rep Michael Alexander didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything. I am very pleased and satisfied with the job done.  The Turtl is neat and clean & above all it replaced the eyesore of a mess that was there.
