Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Oakdale Crawlspace Needed Mold Removal & New Supports

Challenge
This homeowner was trying to sell his home but there were issues in the crawlspace that the inspector found. He had mold on the joists along with sagging floors. His main support beam was also deteriorating.
Solution
We needed to first clean and remediate all mold. We then had to sister up new beams for support and use our smartjack system to make sure it was fully secured. We then encapsulated the beams with our Anabec X90 system to prevent mold from coming back. We then put drainage matting down to help reduce moisture. The crawlspace is now healthy.
