Challenge

The homeowner called Healthy Basement Systems looking to take care of a nasty crawlspace. Our sales representative Rich Alexander examined the crawlspace and devised a system that would keepo the space clean, dry, and improve the health of their home.

Solution

David Santos and his team cleaned out the crawlspace including old insulation and debris. After all the debris was removed, they proceeded with installing our "CleanSpace encapsulation" along with a new condensation pump to keep the space dry. Next, they installed a sanidry dehumidifier unit and drainage matting to prevent a wet crawlspace.
