This company is very well managed. My experience with Healthy Basement Systems was meeting Frank Filice, a Systems Designer, who came to my home and did a thorough inspection of my crawlspace. He recommended the products that I needed and did NOT try to over sell. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable working with this company. I asked him if he would get me in contact with a person in the area that used the Healthy Basement System. He provided the phone number of a recent customer who gave the company a good review. Therefore, I decided to move forward with the job. The crew was composed of three members, Carlos, the foreman and two workers, Jose and Nick. They worked very well together. Carlos had a very good working relationship with the crew. The crew did a wonderful job. They were very respectful of my home and upon completion of the job the basement was cleaned and all garbage was taken away. I would definitely recommend this company.

When we bought our house, the crawlspace with "ratslab" flooded when it rained. There was no moisture barrier and the wood beams had a little mold. It was dark and dirty. Our plumbing and electric were accessible but contractors would come up from there with muddy sandy shoes that damaged our wood floors. Now all that mess is sealed below a bright white waterproof barrier. We have LED lights now near our new pumps. The dehumidifier ensures we have no mold. Our coat closet is the access point for the crawl. Now our coats don't pick up any scent from down there. We are quite pleased with the product and service.      

I HIGHLY recommend HEALTHY BASEMENTS to give you a dry mold free living space. My basement leaked for years and was moldy and not habitable and smelled horrible do to water seeping in thru the wall and floor. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I did not feel pressured at all. Other companies pressured me to purchase an entire system in which I did not need where as Healthy Basement Systems was just willing to repair the crack in which the problem was occurring.
