I found out about Healthy Basement Systems through Google. The sales representative was professional, knowledgable, helpful and organized. The did a thorough presentation and provided a total solution to my problems. The installation crew arrived on time, was courteous and did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed. Overall experience was very positive. The staff was pleasant and respectful.

From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with how our basement turned out and with everyone at Healthy Basement Systems. Frank came to give us an estimate on finding and fixing the source of a leak. He located the problem and told us it was an easy fix and even told my husband what to do to take care of it. That would’ve been it - free consultation that resulted in no business for them and saving money for us. We had been thinking of finishing the basement and were so impressed with Frank’s honesty that we decided to ask about finishing services. This company is so easy to work with. Frank was available every single time I contacted him (which was a lot as this was our first time contracting work of this magnitude), and even recommended a fantastic electrician. The ladies at the office were always friendly and helpful and recommended a great financing option that fit our needs perfectly. Two separate crews came - one for the wall system and to install the Sanidry unit, which was done in a day. The guys were so nice, even leaving masks for me as I couldn’t leave the house while they did the mold clean-up due to a pet issue. The second crew then came in to build a wall, sheetrock, install flooring, etc., which took 6 days. I do not love having strangers in my home and am super picky and notice all the little things when it comes to cleanliness. I am beyond impressed with all of the workers who were here, and Paul’s crew who did the finishing work blew me away. They cleaned up every day, leaving everything immaculate, and they even vacuumed the basement stairs even though they had remained covered with drop cloths throughout! They left our house cleaner than when they started, if you can believe that! Each day they told me what was planned, apologized for any noise they had to make, and had me check the progress at the end of each day, asking me to let them know if there was anything I wasn’t happy with. I could keep going as I literally can’t say enough great things about this company and the people they have working for them. My husband and I are actually looking for people we know who need basement work done just so we can recommend them. Our basement is so dry and fresh smelling that for the first time ever I hung clothes to dry in the laundry area instead of bringing them upstairs. Thank you Healthy Basement Systems for transforming our damp, disgusting “dungeon” into a beautiful, dry and clean living space.

My basement was filled with mold and very humid. Healthy Basement Systems got rid of the mold and installed a dehumidifier and I have never felt more relieved. His installation crew was very informative and helpful.

Gabriel Ryan was the representative that came to assess our basement. He spent a lot of time explaining the whole system. He was upfront with the pricing and allowed us to make changes with no problems. The entire team worked efficiently and worked just about every day till the job was done. We are very happy with our new basement.

Very pleased so far with this system...different & novel approach.

I felt that the representative's presentention was very informative. In fact, the company was extremely helpful and professional. All my questions were answered and the work was performed in a timely fashion. The crew arrived on time and the too were extremely courteous. All the steps of the job could not have been done better. I hired Healthy Basement Systems to repair and fix issues from a previous basement company. I wish I had used Healthy Basement Systems first.
