When I called the office the staff was very courteous and helpful.  The sales rep Todd came to my house and was very thorough when discussing the different pumps and really knew how to fix the issue.  The installation crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  I would recommend Healthy Basement Systems to anyone looking to waterproof their basements.

I have used a large competitor of yours for another job but found your company to be more professional. Steve, Jorge, and Brian were so good and courteous. The cleanup was perfect. I have never been more impressed by non-owner laborers. They were so nice and meticulous in their work. You can see they liked what they do. I know they have no equity in the business but their disposition and work habits were as if they did. Great, great experience.
