Your salesman was very good, he had all the tools (the computerized images and such) for explaining the pros and cons. The installation crew was great too, they got right to work and it was done so quickly, and when we wanted a little touch up for one spot the foreman just got it done in no time. They cleaned up all the materials and there was nothing left for us to do afterwards.

I was also pleased that the business owner called me the next day to see how it went. That is excellent customer service and I appreciate it.

I can see that if I change out any of my heating things (furnace or water heater) I may need your folks to come back and re-do a portion, so I hope you stay in business forever!

Recommended by the national company that sells the basement/crawl space capping product in which I was interested. I was happy with how responsive your people are. This all happened very quickly, and even though it's been kind of dry this year I imagine this will be a great decision for me.
