We had a very positive experience contracting with HBS to renovate a basement storage room which required scraping and covering a wall and installing waterproof flooring after applying a fast-drying leveling cement on a pock-marked floor. Salesman Kevin Connelly thoroughly explained the service options and helpfully revised the proposed agreement twice at our request. Technicians Carlos Ramirez and his crew of John, Oscar, and Fernando fulfilled the agreement in a very professional, friendly, and timely manner. Our storage room is now so improved it could even be a small office.
