Installation was not exactly as described by Sales rep. Existing sump pump was supposed to be pulled out and existing hole filled over and sealed with concrete. with new pump installed in different location. New pump was installed in same location as existing. Also, new circuits that were installed were not used and equipment was not even plugged in.
