Challenge

The customer called Healthy Basement Systems looking to clean up their crawlspace. They also had sagging floors above the crawlspace and wanted to add support for the floors.

Solution

Our system design specialist inspected the crawlspace and devised a plan to clean the mold and support the sagging floors above the crawlspace.

Our installation team removed debris and old insulation from the crawlspace. They treated the mold with CleanStart sanitizer. Next, they added new pressure treated beams on the ceiling and installed our patented SmartJack steel pier support system. The SmartJacks can be easily adjusted to raise the floors back to where they were.

BEFORE: The crawlspace had old insulation hanging from the ceiling and needed to be removed.

BEFORE: Cinder blocks had been piled up to try and support the floors from sagging.

AFTER: SmartJacks were installed to provide support, stop settling, and raise the floors back to where they were.
