Your price was several hundred dollars higher than a worthy competitor, but I thought the approach was better thought out and the materials used are more durable & reliable than the competitors. Workmanship really was even better than expected.

When I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with scheduling a appt. around my hectic schedule.  When the sales rep Michael Alexander got to my house I liked the fact that he was not pushy and explained the work in detail.  I felt very comfortable and trusting with him.  The service tech Michael Quinn came to the house on time to install the SandiDry system and he was extremely nice and very thorough with his work.  I had used other dehumidifiers in the past and none worked as well as this one does.
