Clean space was put on wall as a moisture barrier to prevent moisture from coming through.

The customer called us with questions about our crawlspace encapsulation system Their crawlspace had debris on the floor, insulation hanging from the ceiling, signs of mold and high humidity. Andrew Bouchard, one of our system design specialists, designed a system that will seal off and insulate the crawlspace.

First, we removed all the debris and mold. We then laid CleanSpace on the floor to create a vapor barrier between the dirt and the crawlspace. We then installed SilverGlo on the walls to insulate the walls. Lastly, we installed the SaniDry Sedona to control the humidity and filter the air. These products work together to lower the humidity and keep the space comfortable.

Since installation, the moldy smell has not returned, and the crawlspace has a clean look and is dry and healthy.

This home's basement was in dire need of some help. The air was moist, water was coming in and the flooring was ruined. We installed a dehumidifier, a Sump Pump and new flooring to give this space a new lease on life.
