Waterproofing A Finished Basement In Commack, NY
The customer called for an estimate for waterproofing a finished basement, as she had water seeping through the floor. Two months later, after getting several estimates, she chose Healthy Basement Systems.
We installed a trench drain all around the perimeter of the main storage room, as well as our patented WaterGuard XL, and a WaterGuard Port (which allows an easy check of drainage).
We installed a SuperSump pump to collect the water being drained by the trench drain, then attached an IceGuard and a LawnScape outdoors, to ensure drainage from the drains and the pump in all four seasons without difficulty.
