Challenge
Another ruined basement finished because of a water issue.
Solution
This homeowner already finished their basement than years later their water heater broke and flooded part of their basement ruining the carpet they had in their basement. After installing a new water heater the homeowner wanted to have a system installed that would prevent their water heater from flooding their basement, if it ever stopped working again. They called Healthy Basement System to come and install our FloodRing system that we connected to their existing sump pump system. Now that their water heater was protected they asked us to install our Thermal Dry Elite Floor Plank down to replace the carpet that they had.
