Challenge
This homeowner has a finished basement that was very humid that lead to them having a very bad mold issue in their basement.
Solution
When our salesman Gabe showed up for their free estimate he noticed that they had a very bad mold problem in their basement. We had to do a full mold remediation and then pulled out all their sheet rock in their basement to fix their mold issue. After we refinished this basement we ducked our SaniDry Dehumidifier in a utility closet so the dehumidifier was out of the way and hidden but was still able to filter the air of any particles from the rest of the basement.
