I'm super happy with my Healthy Basement System, they applied logic to why my basement was filling with 4 or 5 inches of water after every rain storm, then solved the problem. I had a burst pipe a few years after Healthy Basements had put the system in, and it literally saved my house from drowning! The combination of pumps, dehumidifier and common sense is the difference between their approach and others'. Even the plastic coverings on the walls and floor made a difference, now i can actually use my basement as it's 100% dry, it added an entire floor to my house.

The salesman was very professional and informative. We are pleased with the results.

The office staff was fantastic and the representative did a great job with his presentation. The installation crew arrived promptly and they were an extremely great group of guys, they worked hard and made sure the area was clean when they were done. My electrician said it was the nicest crawlspace he had ever been in and my tenants said that within a week they could notice a difference in the air quality of the house!

I am pleased with the results so far. The salesperson / designer of the system we got ( full perimeter)Frank Filice was knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and rationales for what he recommended. Knew the product from his company well and was extremely nice. He did excellent hand holding before the big job and follow up satisfaction calls after. It was a big job ( from my perspective) and seems to be working well.In addition, the people. Dealt with on the phone, Maria as well as Cathy were excellent .Communications to and from the office were first rate.They responded quickly and professionally to after installation issues( minor) and anticipate if any issues arrive in the future they will continue to do soVery pleased with HBS and seems like the have solved our hydrostatic water issue.
