I am ready to discuss my floor. Can you have Lee give me a call? I can't believe how amazing it was to work with this company. I knew exactly who would be at my door from your packet and everything you said you would do, you did. The only thing I did not know that I could get was a duct from the unit to the vents. I asked Lou and he said I could order that, so I would like to get that with my next order.

Lee was so helpful, patient and answered all of my questions. Even told me where the water I was getting in one corner of my basement was coming from. I never would have known.
Technician Lou was nicely dressed, polite, knowledgeable, neat and respectful. Love the product. I can feel the entire house less humid just by installing the system in the basement. My basement no longer feels like a basement.
