Cathy joined the Service Department of Healthy Basement Systems in December 2017. She brings with her a wealth of varied business experience in the hotel industry, including four years of solid Customer Service experience.
All these skills will be put to good use in the Service Department. Cathy schedules and coordinates the annual maintenance of every customer's equipment, and responds to their questions and concerns. It is her job to keep Healthy Basement Systems' customers happy, their equipment serviced and maintained, and apprised of new products or services they might be interested in, year after year. Cathy is the voice of Healthy Basement Systems to EVERY customer we have.
When asked what she likes about her job, she replied, "Interacting with customers and gaining their trust, so I can ensure their systems are maintained annually to keep them working to the best of their capacity - and so they'll listen to me when I suggest new products or services I think they might be interested in."
Cathy enjoys her time with her family and friends! She loves animals and enjoys nature. She regularly goes hiking in nature preserves with her beagle, Cheeto.
