Healthy Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This home in Long Beach had water seeping through walls and floor joints in the basement. This area has a high water table so this homeowner needed WaterGuard to correct the seepage problem.

Before and after we installed our sump pump and dehumidifier system in this basement. 

This homeowner was looking to reduce moisture readings in their crawl space. We installed our drainage matting first then added our CleanSpace vapor barrier lining which sealed the entire area from moisture and any unwanted odors. This is a dry space that can now be used for storage safely.

This customer had high humidity levels and water seepage in the crawlspace. We were able to successfully assess this customer's issues by encapsulating the crawlspace and putting in a dehumidification system to maintain low humidity levels.
