The customer called Healthy Basement Systems after several occasions of water flooding their basement. Water was coming in at the imperfect joint where the foundation wall met the floor. Rich Alexander did a thorough inspection of the basement, and came up with a waterproofing solution that would keep the water from flooding the basement.
Our expert install team first installed our patented WaterGuard piping system around the full perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard ensures that water never reaches the basement floors and never gets clogged. Next, we installed the SuperSump pump system do get the water out and away from the house. Lastly, we installed CleanSpace along the soundation walls to create a vapor barrier between the cold stone walls and the basement area, lowering humidity and adding protection.
