Upgrading a Dehumidifier to Remove Humidity for a Roslyn Heights Basement

View Photo Gallery

Challenge

This homeowner had an old dehumidifier that was not keeping the relative humidity at acceptable levels. It was installed inside a wall with a closet and slop sink. She wanted a better unit and still have her living space available.

Solution

We were able to take the slop sink out of the closet and install our SaniDry Dehumidifier Unit inside. The SaniDry takes out 115 pints of water a day and will definitely bring the relative humidity down. We also ducted it to make sure that the air flow goes through the living space. It is nicely tucked away which helps to keep the machine quieter when running and keep living space clear.
