The salesperson / designer of the system we got ( full perimeter)Frank Filice was knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and rationales for what he recommended. Knew the product from his company well and was extremely nice. He did excellent hand holding before the big job and follow up satisfaction calls after. It was a big job ( from my perspective) and seems to be working well.

In addition, the people. Dealt with on the phone, Maria as well as Cathy were excellent .Communications to and from the office were first rate.
