Challenge

Homeowner had a window that was leaking due to wood rotting out at the frame. It was installed incorrectly years ago and finally starting leaking water into the basement. She also wanted to replace an old rusty metal window well to let more light into the basement.

Solution

Healthy Basement Systems used our Everlast Window and custom sized it to the foundation. We insulated around the entire window then cemented it in. We then installed our SunHouse Window Well that keeps the window clean from debri and also reflects light into the basement which the customer was so happy about.
