This homeowner reached out to us because their basement kept flooding with ground water. The homeowner went and had all possible holes filled but still had ground water entering their basement. The homeowner didn't want to end up with a musty smell in their basement and knew they needed the get their basement issue fixed right away, so they gave us a call.
Solution
Upon our salesman Frank’s arrival he got to see the flooded basement first hand as it just rained the night before.
