The owner of an animal hospital called Healthy Basement Systems concerned by the water that gets in every time it rains. After inspecting the walls and floors, Eric Greenberg knew just what he needed to keep the basement (and the animals) dry!

Solution

David Santos and his crew began the project by extracting all of the mold from the area with Cleanstart Sanitizer. They then installed our patented TripleSafe piping and WaterGuard XL waterproofing port to more effectively drain water and protect against flooding. Additionally, a pair of our patented IceGuard Discharge Systems will allow water to discharge even in freezing temperatures, effectively preparing the basement for the cold months to come.
