The owners of a home in Plainview had experienced a wicked storm that resulted in rain coming through their basement's foundation and wall. Frank Filice inspected the water damage along the perimeter, and knew just what they need to prevent this from happening again!

Solution

David Santos and his team installed our WaterGuard XL waterproofing system to more effectively drain water and protect against flooding. They then installed our patented TripleSafe Sump System to ensure the space stays dry all the time, as well as one of our patented SaniDry dehumidifiers to help filter out the air. We were able to replace the torn-up floor with Thermal Dry Elite Plank Flooring, which is able to better withstand the effects of moisture.

This basement was successfully waterproofed; the homeowners are now enjoying their healthy new finished living space!
