Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Waterproofing & Removing Mold from a Crawl Space in Bay Shore

Challenge

A customer's crawlspace was prone to excessive moisture, which leads to an unhealthy environment. She called Healthy Basement Systems to insulate and stop the mold that was growing!

Solution

David and his crew began the project by extracting all of the molds from the area with CleanStart Plus. They then installed our antimicrobial CleanSpace liner to create a vapor barrier that will separate the home from any dirt or insects from the crawlspace. To insulate, they used Rim Joist spray foam and installed SliverGlo wall panels to reflect heat back into the crawlspace and ultimately reduce our client's energy bills. Our patented Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to effectively dry and filter out the air.
