Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Waterproofing a home in Lake Ronkonkoma

Challenge
A family with a two year old girl moved into the house last December. The problems in the house were associated with a leaky roof and mold on the sheetrock in the finished basmement. The floor was buckled and when it was stepped on, water squirts up from between the boards.
Solution
Our crew came in and remolved the moldy sheetrock/framing. We installed the TripleSafe sump pump, a three in one sump pump which has 3 pumps, each more powerful than the last, and can operate during poweroutages due to being battery operated. Our crew installed the WaterGuard XL afterwards, which captures water that fall between cracks and disperses it outside the home. The customer was very pleased with the results.
