Challenge
The customer had informed us of water introducing itself in the basement. This was due to a poorly working sump pump. Eric Greenberg, one of our specialists, had done a complete examination of the basement. He knew what this basement needed to prevent future flooding.
Solution
Our team installed a WaterGuard piping system, which installed along the perimeter of the basement then carries the water to the sump pump to be discharged. Afterwards, our team installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump, a three in one sump pump that work even during power outages. If one pump fails the next one takes over. Our Triple safe is designed to keep the water out of your basement without any hassle or struggle. The customer did not have a problem since.
