This customer, just like many of our customers and clients, takes pride in their basement. The basement is a place where people come together and laugh and hangout. This customer wanted to take these experiences to the next level. The customer has a well designed basement that has been completely refinished and furnished, with everything from couches, to mirrors, to a fully equipped gym. However, there were still issues. When they realized the basement that they had worked so hard on was having water issues and mold, they wasted no time and turned to Healthy Basement Systems to asses these issues.
Solution
Our waterproofing expert, Mike Alexander, recommended that the customer get a pump system, the SuperSump, and a dehumidifier, the Sanidry Sedona. The pump system will keep the basement dry, and avoid any water damage to their basement beuatiful furnishings in the future. The dehumidifier will keep the humidity low, alleviating any musty odors so common to basements. We sealed the cracks in the floor and the walls.
