AFTER: SaniDry Sedona, an air quality control system to dehumidify the air to prevent mold from coming back. It also has a dual stage filter to cleanse the air to greatly reduce basement smell.

AFTER: CleanSpace 20 mil liner is down. The SuperSump collects water and brings it outside, away from the house, through a discharge line.

AFTER: The white pipe is the discharge line coming from the SuperSump inside the basement. In the winter all discharge lines are prone to freezing which can burn out the pump and push the water back into the basement. The patented IceGuard allows water to escape in the event of a freeze, therefore keeping the pump working and keeping your basement dry.

AFTER: The round grill piece is a LawlScape. This is where the water comes out of the discharge line, away from the house. The LawnSpace reduces dirt coming in, animals from getting in and is flush with the ground to allow a lawn mower to go over it.
