Healthy Basement Systems came in and was able to do everything from basement waterproofing to finishing, to protect the homowners investment from any water damage. This basement ended up being a Nari award winning finished basement for 2021. We are thrilled to announce our Regional CotY Award in the basement category! Meet our customer from Baldwin NY, who was hit by the first wave of Covid and was hospitalized. We were on the homeowners watch list for over 3 years, after he beat Covids butt he thought it was time to finally call Healthy Basement Systems to transform his basement into the dream basement he always wanted. We are honored to make this homeowner's dream come true especially during these tough times. Before healthy basement systems the homeowner would end up with pools of water in his basement after a strong rain storm. In addition to his leaking basement issue his basement was also having a mold and mildew problem in his basement, making it unhealthy and leaving him with poor air quality in his basement that him and his family were breathing in. The way us at healthy basement systems was able to fix this homeowners basement problems by installing our basement waterproofing system and our commercial grade dehumidifier. Our waterproofing system was put in to stop the basement from leaking and our dehumidifier was put in to take care of the mold and mildew issue. After their basement problems were taking care and their basement was healthy we than finished this homeowners basement and created his dream space.
