My experience with Bill Simones healthy basement system was so professional, starting with Linda, the receptionist who was so kind and professional and personable to Scott Tripp who made sure to call before appointment and being punctual He was extremely knowledgeable, going up and beyond to investigate potential problems in crawlspace. He patiently explained what type of problems could occur and solutions for them. His equipment was immaculate and he wore mask at all ttimes while he was here.
