Andrew was great in explaining what he felt is the only solution to my basement problem. The water issue is not o severe that I want a sump pump in my basement. I plan to monitor the water penetration for a bit longer before I commit. I may be contacting you next year if it worsens.
Andrew proposed a logical solutions but, as mentioned above, I prefer to evaluate conditinos until next Spring before I make a decision.
