Challenge

This homeowner wanted to use their crawl space for storage. They were already using the space but the conditions were not good because many of the items became ruined from the smell and humidity. They also were looking to add insulation in their space to increase energy efficiency.

Solution

Healthy Basement Systems was able to clean out the entire crawl space and install SilverGlo insulation product on the wall. The crew then encapsulated the floor to the wall and sealed with CleanSpace Tape. This created a completely sealed space that will reduce moisture. We also insulated and encapsulated the entryway which made it easier for the homeowners to get in and out. The homeowners were very happy with the result!
