Challenge
This crawl space had debris and insulation that had dropped down from the joists making it ineffective. It was difficult to get into space but it was necessary to make sure there were no other issues in the back of the space. The opening was not that large but it was workable. There were smells coming from the space and going upstairs. The homeowner was looking for the space to be cleaned and mold spray used.
Solution
We were able to clean out the crawl space and take out all the debris. We removed the insulation and leveled out the area. We then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System which will keep any odors below the liner and out of the home. We then sprayed for mold. The space is now moisture free, clean and white. The homeowner is very pleased!
