The homeowners had their basement finished in previous years but they did not realize that they would suffer from incoming water to their basement and inevitably the destruction of their livable space. 

Our team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard System with a TripleSafe sump pump. ThermalDry Radiant Wall Barriers were added to provide insulation but these panels also double as a way to redirect water into the WaterGuard installed below. A SaniDry Dehumidifier was the final solution to keeping the moisture level low and preventing any mold from growing. The unit was tied into the TripleSafe sump to ensure the moisture would leave the basement completely.
