Challenge

The customer called to complain about musty odors coming from his crawl space.

Our seasoned Systems Designer Rich A.  found that the crawl space needed mold removal and dehumidification.

Solution

We used CleanStart Plus to clean up the mold.  Then we installed a vapor barrier in the crawl space, starting with CleanSpace Drainage Matting on the floor and CleanSpace on the walls.  We then installed our patented SilverGlo on top of the CleanSpace on the walls, because SilverGlo provides energy cost savings by retaining either warm or cool temperatures.

Finally, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control the humidity levels and keep them low.  

The customer was thrilled with his now odor-free, mold-free, and humidity-free crawl space!
