Key Responsibilities

• Generate inbound homeowner leads through digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, organic channels, and local initiatives)
• Verify and qualify incoming leads to ensure sales receives high-intent, well-vetted opportunities
• Create engaging social media, job-site, and testimonial content (photo, video, short-form, and written)
• Track and analyze lead performance, ROI, and marketing metrics, producing clear reporting and insights
• Coordinate home shows, community events, and grassroots marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align messaging, promotions, and local campaigns
• Support brand consistency across digital, print, and in-field marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends
• Creative eye for content that resonates with homeowners
• Proactive, curious, and improvement-driven (you look for better ways to do things)
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or lead generation preferred (home services experience is a plus, not a must)
