I have been getting water in my finished basement during heavy rain events with increasing frequency. Over the past couple of years, there would be 1-2 instances per yr with limited water. Andrew was great in explaining what he felt is the only solution to my basement problem. The water issue is not o severe that I want a sump pump in my basement. I plan to monitor the water penetration for a bit longer before I commit. I may be contacting you next year if it worsens.

Andrew proposed a logical solutions but, as mentioned above, I prefer to evaluate conditinos until next Spring before I make a decision.

Bowing Foundation Wall Repair in Holtsville, NY

A homeowner in Holtsville, New York had a bowing foundation wall that was making them concerned about their homes structural integrity, so they reached out to us to see for a free inspection. After one of our specialist assessed their bowing foundation wall they recommended that they have the problem fixed using our PowerBrace stabilizing systems. PowerBraces are steel brackets that are designed to be anchored into the floor and wall of a basement to provide the proper support to the wall, which will prevent the wall from bowing. PowerBraces are designed to be tighten to the wall to help counteract the pressure that caused the bowing and give the proper support to the wall. Now this homeowner has a foundation that they no longer need to question the structural integrity of.
