Basement Leaks When It Rains Repair in Centereach, New York

A homeowner in Centereach, New York reached out to us because they would find water in their basement after heavy rain storms, but wouldn't figure out how the water was getting in. This was becoming a frustrating issue for the homeowner as they couldn't use their entire basement, so they gave us a call to come inspect their leaky basement issue. After sending one of our specialists out to inspect their basement they recommended they have their basement waterproofed if they wanted their basement to be dry and usable all the time. The way we waterproof basements is by our crew coming in and installing our WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement and connecting it to our sump pump system. As the water tries to enter the basement it gets captured by our WaterGuard system and directed to our sump pump system, which then discharges the water out of the home and away from the foundation. Our sump pump system comes equipped with three pumps, one is our primary that does most of the heavy lifting, the secondary pump will kick on if the primary becomes overwhelmed with water or in the event it failed, and our third pump is our battery backup pump, which will kick on in the event the home ever lost power during a bad storm. To ensure this basement remains completely dry and mold-free we installed our SaniDry dehumidifier that will remove any moisture, mold, or mildew from the air, helping to improve the overall air quality in this space. Now this homeowner has a basement that's clean, dry, and usable for many years to come.

Crawl Space Encapsulation & Insulation in Centereach, NY

We also installed our sump pump system in this crawl space which will capture any water that flows under the drainage matting and discharges it back outside, leaving the crawl space completely dry. To ensure this crawl space remains completely dry all the time we installed our dehumidifier in the crawl space which will discharge any moisture it pulls out of the air and puts it back outside, while also filtering out any small mold particles that might be in the air. Now this homeowner has a crawl space that's clean, dry, and usable for many years to come.
