Over the last two years, the humidity in the basement has increased, and a new settling crack on the basement floor appeared . i think there is not enough drainage away from the basement.

Tony Izzo was very informative and clear in his presentation of the system and willing to be flexible in various ways and phases to approach the problem.

The installation crew was equally as informative explaining every step along the way and willing to take suggestions and input. We started this discusiion in Sept 2011 and finalized the project in March 2012. Along but gratifying project.

Your salesman was very good, he had all the tools (the computerized images and such) for explaining the pros and cons. The installation crew was great too, they got right to work and it was done so quickly, and when we wanted a little touch up for one spot the foreman just got it done in no time. They cleaned up all the materials and there was nothing left for us to do afterwards.

I was also pleased that the business owner called me the next day to see how it went. That is excellent customer service and I appreciate it.

I can see that if I change out any of my heating things (furnace or water heater) I may need your folks to come back and re-do a portion, so I hope you stay in business forever!

A homeowner in Shelter Island, New York had a basement that was flooding whenever it would rain a lot outside and the homeowner wanted a perimeter solution to their basement issue, so they gave us a call to come inspect their basement issue. After sending one of our specialists out to inspect their basement issue they recommended that the homeowner have their basement waterproofed using our WaterGuard, Triplesafe sump pump systems, and our SaniDry dehumidifier. The way our basement waterproofing system works is by our crew coming in and installing our WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard works by capturing any water that tries to enter the basement through the wall and floor joints, which creates a channel around the basement and directs any water into our TripleSafe sump pump system. As water enters our TripleSafe sump pump system it collects and discharges any water that enters it with the help of one of the three pumps, that are installed inside the sump pump system. The first pump in our sump pump system is our primary pump, which will handle most of the water that enters the system. In the event the primary pump becomes overwhelmed with water or fails, the secondary pump will kick on and continue to remove water. With the TripleSafe sump pump, you never need to worry about your basement flooding because your home lost power. Our third pump in our system gets connected to our battery backup pump, which will kick on if the home ever lost power and allow the system to continue to run. The final thing our team installed to ensure this basement remains completely dry all the time is our SaniDry dehumidifier which will filter moisture out of the air, which will help prevent mold or mildew from growing in addition to improving the air quality in the basement, by filtering out small mold and dust particles that might be in the air. Now this homeowner has a basement that’s clean, dry, and usable.
