Todd promised me a minimum of a three year warrany.As of today, I have not received anything confirming this. Also, Mike Quinn seemed unprepared for the job when he got here. He was unaware of the the size of the fittings and had to go to Lowes for materials.I wasn't sure that the job could be done. In the end, he did a good job. I do think the price was quite high(additional $175/pump extra)considering that he didn't have much extra line to replace.I'm happy they are in, and hope they work as planned.

A homeowner in North Babylon, New York had a crawl space that was completely unusable because every time it rained water would enter their crawl space making it a damp, musty environment. The homeowner was worried if left allowing their crawl space would rott their floorboards out or become infested with mold, so they gave us a call to come inspect their crawl space. After sending one of our specialists out to inspect their crawl space, they recommended that they have their crawl space encapsulated to protect the floorboards from moisture and to prevent mold growth. The way we encapsulate crawl space is by our crew coming in and installing a layer of drainage matting along their dirt floor, which will separate the floor from the dirt while allowing water to move freely underneath. On top of the drainage matting we installed a layer of CleanSpace vapor barrier, which will prevent any water or moisture from entering the crawl space while also making the space a clean, bright, dry, usable space. To ensure this crawl space doesn't flood we installed our sump pump system in the crawl space, which will collect any water that flows under the drainage matting and discharges it out of the home and away from the foundation of the home. To ensure this crawl space remains mold free and healthy we installed our dehumidifier in the crawl space, which will remove any moisture, mold, or mildew particles from the air, helping to improve the overall air quality in the space. Now this homeowner has a crawl space that's clean, dry, and usable for many years to come.

Our team was able to make this basement clean and dry by removing their old sump pump system and replacing it with our sump pump system which gets connected to our waterguard system. Our basement waterproofing system works by as water tries to enter your basement our waterguard product will capture the water and direct it to our sump pump system which then discharges the water back outside leaving the basement completely dry and usable for many years to come.

The customer called Healthy Basement Systems after a summer storm. Water had came in and damaged the basement walls and floor. They wanted to insulate and replace the damaged walls, and install a waterproofing system that will keep the basement dry all the time.

Our team took out the damaged dry wall and installed the ThermalDry wall system to provide a vapor barrier and insulate the basement walls. Next, the installed our patented WaterGuard piping system which will catch any water before it hits the floor, and carry it to the SuperSump pump system which was put in the lowest part of the basement. We then attached the pump to the IceGuard discharge system, which will ensure the water gets pumped away from the house during cold weather.

The customer has not had an issue with water in the basement since. It is dry and will remain that way for many years to come.
