Our previously dry basement has been flooding with the latest storms. We are in the process of finishing it and now have a wet floor and multiple leaks. We need a solution so we can continue our work.

We have some wet/damp spots on our walls in one area of the house. When we pushed on it, it broke through, creating a hole and when looking into the hole you can see/feel it is wet. It is not near any plumbing and appears it may be seepage from the foundation. We are on a slab, so it is really difficult to tell.

The way our system works is by our crew coming in and installing our basement waterproofing system around the perimeter of the basement and connecting it to our sump pump system, which then discharges water outside away from the foundation of the home. To ensure the basement remains a healthy dry environment we installed our dehumidifier in the basement that will remove moisture, mold, and mildew particles from the air, helping to improve the air quality in this space. Now this homeowner has a basement that will remain completely dry and usable for many years to come.
